Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Required:

· Safety eyewear

· P-100 respirator

· High-visibility apparel

· Safety footwear

· Gloves

· Hearing protection

Pre Set-Up:

  • Read, understand, and follow the operator’s manual before using this machine.
  • Know how to stop machine quickly in case of emergency
  • Wet-cutting only – use an appropriate water supply with wet-cut blade
  • Wear P-100 respirator during operation to avoid silica exposure in case of failure in water supply
  • Perform proper pre-trip inspection on machine, including shafts and flanges
  • Check blade condition, RPM rating, and type
